I loved the staff, the breakfast, the room. Everything was lovely and clean and pleasant. The personalized attention from the staff was truly exceptional.

We got upgraded to a bigger room at no cost. It was our anniversary and the hotel had a nice gesture with us. The hotel is very confortable and close to the Plaza de Armas.

The place is lovely and really good value. Rooms are spacious with everything you need. Food is exceptional, esspisally the home made bread. Nancy and her family are great people. I definitely recommend

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The other people staying there were nice. The hot water shower was hot. Easy to relax.

A lovely place to stay, very close to Kuelap cable car (5 minute walk) and to central plaza (5 minute walk). Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds, hot water, clean bathroom. Everything you could need! Nice place to sit and relax outside, and the host even brought us tea and coffee. Very kind host JJ happy to help with anything, he can organise trips to Kuelap (you need a reservation). Safe parking for our motorbikes outside, JJ even covered them up when it rained whilst we were out. Definitely stay here if you come to Nuevo Trigo!

Really lovely little hostel - the private room with bathroom was good value for money and nice and comfy. The hosts were so lovely, really helpful, speaking French and Spanish. The food at the hostel is really good - one of the best pizzas I've had in Peru, and the bread is homemade and yummy. Close to the bus terminal and 10 minute walk at most to the plaza, it's also nice and quiet.
