Really beautiful building. The location was really good, right at the heart of the city. We stayed at the senior suit, which was really romantic and spacious and we loved the hitoric feel.

Renovated in 2018, Crystal Palace Hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Promenada Mall and 10 minutes by car from Otopeni International Airport and downtown Bucharest. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was also quiet since it was located towards the back of the building. Staff were very friendly. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Convenient location close to shops and transport. Would definitely stay again.
