I can’t rate this property highly enough. We thought about doing some exploring in the area but in the end were so comfortable and relaxed that we stayed at the property each day to chill in the pool area and garden. The hosts are simply amazing. So friendly and helpful. There’s a genuine homely and family feel to the place. The evening meal was very tasty and balanced each evening and the breakfast was quite varied and generous. The location is quite remote and off the beaten track. It was a lovely contrast to some busy days of sightseeing elsewhere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

Staff polite. Great location in very center of the town. Great breakfast. Would come back definitely. We came with a baby and a stroller, our room was on a third floor with no elevator. Although we said we don't need help, staff helped with carrying everything for us. They always checked how we like our stay and if we need anything. ❤️
