The front receptionist named, "Pam" was kind, understanding, and had a warm smile. She was always helpful and even answered questions in English. She made sure my family and I were taken care of. I am grateful to her and her staff for caring for us.

The staff very friendly and welcoming and helpful. free water every day, breakfast was served between 8 am and 10 am and they would cook what you wanted ie just eggs and toast. The location was excellent close to resturants and cafes, and amazing beaches, they also have mopeds which you can hire. Excellent place to stay we would definitely stay there again

Pattaya's Bali Hai Pier is a 30-minute boat ride from Suntosa Resort. Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a 2 hours' drive away. Breakfast was good. The peaceful atmosphere on the patio at night was like nothing else i have experienced. Gentle waves with dim lighting looking over the ocean. There was a fisherman in a boat drifting by with soft music playing. What an incredible experience for me! The staff were super friendly and allowed me to check in early and leave my luggage after checking out
