I had chosen a corner room on the eleventh floor so I had extensive views in two directions and a larger bathroom... it definitely felt more like a suite than a 'room'. I had purchased an option to include breakfast, and having the great buffet there every morning on the top floor with views stretching over the city on three sides was the best way to start any day! Given the situation in Ukraine currently, having a very secure shelter on the premises was comforting. too.

The hotel is great, the condos are clean and nicely heated. The staff are supefriendly and traveling with three cats was really easy. The restaurant is close and everything was tasty. As a plus the hotel is really close to the road so you wouldn't miss it, and if you need any necessities there is a market two minutes away and a drug store.

Mackintosh Hotel bevindt zich in Kiev, op 2,6 km van metrostation Maidan Nezalezhnosti, en biedt uitzicht op de stad. The staff were amazing. The hotel has it's own bomb shelter which is handy for the continuous drone strikes during the night.
