Zeer vriendelijk personeel en goede faciliteiten. We kregen ‘s avonds zelfs nog een aantal gratis drankjes en hapjes zonder extra kosten. En Jamie van de front desk is gewoon geweldig, zonder haar hadden we veel minder gezien van New Orleans. Het was top!

The hotel isn’t located in the downtown area, but it sits in a quiet, safe neighborhood by the river, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. If you don’t feel like heading back into the city or simply want a peaceful evening, you’ll easily find a nice spot nearby for dinner and a relaxing time. Highly recommend.

This historic New Orleans hotel offers modern conveniences in a nineteenth-century town home within walking distance of Bourbon Street. Beautiful and quiet apart-hotel on a street that runs just parallel to Bourbon Street - so great access to all the bars and restaurants and vibes, but without the noise. The moment we stepped into Grenoble House, we felt safe and welcome. Front desk staff were delightful, especially Michael and James, and were always helpful with tips and recommendations. The courtyard is also lovely, with spacious seating areas, a small (dipping) pool and a hot tub (actually hot). The apartment itself was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved the self-service coffee machine and bottled water at the reception, and the coffee there became our daily cuppa. Overall, Grenoble House was a great base for us for our 5 days in NOLA and we really enjoyed our time there.

We were travelling to the US on our honeymoon from Australia and the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was a highlight of our trip. Our room was beautiful, it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room and overall hotel had old school charm mixed with modern luxury. The ameneties within the room and the hotel were fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure every need was met promptly. The staff also kindly arranged champagne to celebrate our special stay. The location is ideal—right in the heart of the French Quarter, with every sight within walking distance.

Just a half-block from Canal Street, this 5-star New Orleans hotel is a 5-minute drive from the French Quarter. Beautiful, elegant and centrally located property. Clean spacious rooms, with comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. Room service was excellent and is 24/7. Loved the efficiency and quality.
