The location is unbeatable, the staff was amazing (so nice and helpful) and the 2 rooms we stayed in were very nice. We had a last-minute flight cancellation and lost our booking for a one-night cruise in Halong Bay. The staff of Centre Point booked a day tour for us so we wouldn’t miss the experience of knowing Halong Bay and then booked us an extra stay in their hotel. We arrived just in time for the Chinese New Year and the staff gave us all kind of recommendations for that night. If we ever go back to Hanoi we will com back here!! Loved it. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing and the terrace has an incredible view of the lake. 100% recommend this place.
