Everything was incredible from the jetted tub, large room, awesome linens, food which was superbly cooked and presented to the outings kayaking, cave hike, squid fishing. The general manager, Tim was available 24/7 and always with a smile and Kelvin the banquet manger did a fantastic job with our meals. They were both was so knowledgeable and gracious as were all the staff. We met some lovely people and could not have asked for a better time after travelling all over SEA for the past 6 months. It was the most relaxed we have been in a long time.

Day trips, limousine shuttle bus services and airport transfers can be arranged at a surcharge. Great management and handling of payment , booking and communication. We were my parents and me and my brother. The cruise is extreamly luxurious, the room was even better in person than in the photos. The bed was super comfy. the room very spacious, the bath overlooking the sea was incredible. What surprised me the most was the quality and quantity of the meals, the food was delicious and the portions were super big, considering that I eat a lot and ended up always satisfied. Also worth to highlight the attitude of the crew, they made our trip even more special with their attention to each small detail. We did all the activities (taichi, kayaking, cooking class, Cat Ba biking and Caves), and would recommend to everyone to do them.

The activities were great and the area is very beautiful. The cruise itself was also great. We had the room with the balkony, so there was a lot of space and the balkony was perfect to relax!

Super roomy and luxorious for something like 38eur for two. Probably reduced a bit due to the shoulder-season, but this was definitely the best hotel of our 2.5w in vietnam.

I would never thought that It would be one of the best travel experiences I ever had. Been traveling the world since 1993, and I guess, this I would say would be one of the most excited tour I have experienced. The cruise was relatively beautiful -- the interior was so classy and elegant and would fit the name of Luxury sails. I have actually booked the "Paradise Luxury Sails" but probably being a lean season --- my booking was transferred to the Paradise Elegance Cruise, which would be an upgrade of what I have actually booked. The room was superb, very neat and has its own full balcony. The bed was undoubtedly one of the very comfortable beds that I have experienced. The food (both the buffet and the plated ones during dinner) were all gastronomically fantastic!! It was all worth the price. A UNESCO world heritage site, Halong Bay in itself is truly spectacular. It is unbelievable seeing this view from the balcony of your ship and as you cruise along the bay -- your eyes will be fascinated by more beautiful sites. Words are not even enough to tell you how beautiful this place is. I have to applaud all the caring, polite, professional staffs of the cruise. They were all amazing!! Two Filipinas were there to assist me during the entire cruise and I couldnt complain of their excellent service. The cruise's activities were so nice and It kept me in awe! Tiring but all worth it. I honestly would like to "highly recommend" taking this cruise. Its indeed an experience of a lifetime.

The room was the best part. Everything was new (the boat itself was built 2017) and felt very regal. The spa bathtub was the best!!
