Set in Paarl, 2.8 km from Boschenmeer Golf Course, Laborie Estate offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Located around 28 km from Stellenbosch University, the hotel with free WiFi is also 35 km away from Jonkershoek Nature Reserve. Some units at the property feature a patio with a mountain view. Breakfast was great as was the location and facilities although I did not get to experience much. Checked in, in the afternoon and left for a function at 18h00. Back at midnight and out before 10h00. Rates are on the less affordable side for the standard South African, although I do understand this is peak season.

At Boschendal Farm Estate you will find a garden, barbecue facilities and an indoor fireplace. Other facilities offered at the property include a shared lounge and a children's playground. An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including fishing and hiking. Simply AMAZING - we regret not staying at least a couple of days in Boschendal to really enjoy the place. One night is not enough. They were all gentle and provided great service. Breakfast at The Werf (provided to guests) is awesome. The room is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a good time in there.

Situated at the waterside is one of the best a La Carté restaurants in the Southern Cape, where award-winning wines and Karoo cuisine made from fresh, local produce is served. Alongside the restaurant is a shaded deck from which spectacular views of the Swartberg mountains can be enjoyed and even hippos, Elephants, other wildlife, and bird species that visit the waterhole frequently can be spotted. Room service and a shuttle service are also available on request. Set 6.5 km from Oudtshoorn, Buffelsdrift Game Lodge is located just off Route 62. There is free parking on site and a shuttle is available on request from George Airport, 71 km away. This is an excellent, budget-friendly lodge with great staff. The tents are just beautiful. The lodge offers a variety of activities and it’s just amazing how the animals roam around the property freely. The swimming pull and the views are great as well.

Garden Route Game Lodge is located near Albertinia, overlooking the Langeberg Mountain Range. It is surrounded by lush vegetation and various animals can often be seen. It features a pool and a restaurant.

Guests can experience game viewing tours organized by the Lodge. The sun loungers by the pool allow guests to have a relaxing sun bath. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in public areas. This stay was unplanned and booked last minute. And we didn´t regret it! Tasty food, great wine and a lodge with a view over the game farm. The 2 game tours (evening and morning) ,included into the room rate, are fascinating. We saw all big 5, except leopard, but therefore Cheetahs on the hunt.

Riverside Guest Lodge offers panoramic views of Grobbelaars River and Swartberg Mountains. It offers air-conditioned rooms and wooden cottages. There is a main deck with a splash pool, a bar, and a barbecue. I booked this for my parents on their way back home after a medical procedure in Cape Town. My mother absolutely loved it. The owner was so kind and helpful, upgraded their room, which was fully kitted out with everything. The bed was comfortable and the balcony had super views.

Most rooms and suites have a balcony, while all of them are elegantly designed with classical furnishings. All air-conditioned accommodation has a flat-screen TV and the marble bathroom includes a rainshower and large bath tub. Everything was great! I’ll come back again for sure

Enjoy a relaxing swim in the stunning outdoor pool or soak up the sun on a deck lounger with a refreshing drink. The apartment we were given was luxuriously furnished. It had all modern appliances. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It conveniently located close to the V and A waterfront.

The location is perfect, the room and facilities are great, but what made our stay is the exceptionally friendly staff.
