The breakfast and dinner were amazing. We also got to choose our own yukata to borrow. The staff assisted us the best way they could and made us feel extra welcome. We got to experience a private onsen and visit the different public onsens which were amazing. We wanted to relax and got exactly what we needed.

We had the best time at Shinzan Kinosaki! The staff was friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room during our check-in and we were absolutely blown away by the place and treatment. Extremely clean, beautiful and luxurious feeling. Both the dinner and breakfast were amazing experiences, it was fun to walk around in the yukata provided by the hotel and the onsen experience itself was very nice. Absolutely nothing negative to highlight, We will definitely return during our next visit to Japan!

There was a spectacular view from our room across the river, the onsen has an inside and outside onsen. The volume of food served in our room was impressive as was the range in the buffet for breakfast. You have a free pass to all of the public onsen and they are all diverse so try them all! The town itself is pretty with the river though the middle
