Baths are like something from a dream - perfect temperature, beautiful views, the outdoor bath in the snow was particularly incredible. Staff are also extremely friendly and many native English speakers are employed for those who can’t speak Japanese.

Kusatsu Onsen Eidaya is located in Kusatsu. The property is a 10-minute walk from Kusatsu Yubatake and Kusatsu-Onsen Bus Terminal.

The hosts and staffs are great! The private onsen is super enjoyable. It's a bit of a walk to the center but considering the price and the service, it is worth it.

I would highly recommend! There was a very homely atmosphere. The dinner was perfect and enough food for 2 days! Rooms were specious with a view on the stream. Next to the accommodation is a beautiful park with multiple footbaths and the street to the centre is filled with souvenir shops and unique eats. The staff were real accommodating, especially the hostes was exceptionally welcoming, sweet and lovely! The in-house onsen and sauna was extremely relaxing. 11 out of 10!

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen.

The entire experience was wonderful, totally unique, like nothing we've ever done before. The food was amazing, I am vegetarian and they made an extra special effort to make sure that I had just as good food as my meat and fish eating husband. The onsens were great, very relaxing.
