The hotel offers perfect services, the staff is very nice and helpful, parking at the hotel is very convenient. The hotel has an excellent location with an amazing view of Dogo Onsen. It also has private elevator access to the main shopping district. The room was super clean and wonderfully designed. Everything was thought out to the last detail and had a very luxurious feel, from the balcony there is a great view of Dogo Onsen and all of Matsuyama with the castle and mountains in the distance. As part of the accommodation, you can visit the onsen on the top floor with an amazing view, or you can book a private onsen. We used this option and highly recommend it, everything was prepared, perfectly clean, an amazing experience. The rooms have a selection of home traditional clothing, including shoes, sorted by size. Live piano evenings in the hall are also a bonus. The stay at the hotel was perfect, both due to the professional approach of the staff and the great atmosphere. If you want to have a great experience during your stay in Matsuyama, definitely stay at this hotel.

Yamatoya Besso ligger i Matsuyama, 6 minutters gang fra Joshin-ji Temple. Her en have og et fælles opholdsområde samt gratis wi-fi overalt. Der er desuden allergivenlige værelser. En virkelig dejlig oplevelse. Lige fra check ind hvor ens bagage blev taget for en, ens bil blev parkeret og man skulle have tøfler på Yakata(?) på værelset og øl, ispind eller koldt vand efter man ha været en tur i stedets onsen. Virkelig god oplevelse som er 5 minutter til fods fra Dogo Onsen

Sawaki ligger i Imabari, 35 km fra Oogamiyama Omoto Shrine, og har gratis wi-fi samt gratis privat parkering. Denne ryokan med 2 stjerner har gratis shuttletransport og bagageopbevaring. Stayed here in the middle of our Shimanami Kaido Cycling route and it was perfect! They have a large parking area for bikes and it's not too far off the main path. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and had everything we needed. Great place to rest after a lot of biking. There's also a couple of restaurants nearby that are open until late. They also serve a delicious and filling Japanese breakfast.

河辺ふるさとの宿 ligger i Ōzu, 22 km fra Ikazaki Kite Museum, og har en have, en restaurant og gratis privat parkering. A location surrounded by beautiful nature and a hotel manager who couldn't be more courteous and helpful! We would like to thank Kira San for his great travel tips for the surrounding area. The entire hotel staff was very friendly, and the food was wonderful (we had breakfast and dinner). We enjoyed the peace and quiet and had a wonderful, relaxing stay. We would love to come back!

SETOUCHI RETREAT by Onko Chishin Adults only ligger i Matsuyama i Ehimme-regionen, 11 km fra Matsuyama. Der er sæsonåben udendørs pool og havudsigt. This was the most impressive hotel we stayed in in Japan. Our room was huge, with one wall entirely of glass, facing a garden and forested area. Originally built as a museum, the architecture and art are stunning. There are only seven rooms, with just one room per floor. The dining was exquisite with very professional staff. We had a private onsen bath that was open to the outdoors on one side. There is a beautiful lounge (with free prosecco) that we seemed to be the only guests to use, and a dramatic and absolutely gorgeous swimming pool with a view of the sea.

Dogo Onsen Yachiyo 道後温泉八千代 har en god beliggenhed i Dogo Hot Spring-distriktet i Matsuyama. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the area very pleasant.

Reception area smelled great. Fab rooftop onsen. Lovely kimono provided to wear to go to the onsen. Comfortable beds.
