Outdoor public onsen under the star was unforgettable. Free ice-cream/drinks from lobby cafe and easy access to surrounding sightseeing locations made the stay even more exceptional.

Breakfast was superb, Guests were assigned to sit together at a reserved table without our need to go and look around for a table for 6 persons. Staff service was excellent.

The friendly staff held our luggage for the day but also let us check into the room a few hours early, and it was a lovely spacious Japanese style room including tatami floors but with two twin actual mattress beds. The room was huge with a nice view and was only a short walk from Kochi Station. It's only a short walk to the city area as well. Loved the Japanese style breakfast. My friend was ill so the staff were really helpful to help me take her food to our room and eat it there. It cost a little more than our usual budget but it was worth paying a little extra for a fancy night of Japanese style accommodation with friendly staff.

The room had an amazing view on the sea. The staff owner also explained to me about the geopark and we had a nice chat during the breakfast. The sunrise views was very beautiful.
