It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

Some have an open-air hot spring bath with lake views, while all are fitted with an LCD TV with satellite channels, a mini-fridge and en suite bathroom facilities. A personal attendant ensures the guests' comfort. Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

The air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Asafuji have Shoji paper screens and a low table with floor chairs and cushions. Each room includes a fridge, private toilet, and guests bathe at the hot-spring baths. Japanese-style futon bedding on a tatami (woven-straw) floor is provided. Yukata robes are offered for guests. Both breakfast and dinner was good. Local Sake was delicious. Staff could speak fluent English and Chinese. Service was excellent, they even help do the laundry and clean my hiking boots after I got down from Mt. Fuji.

Just 250 metres from Zenko-ji Temple, Matsuya Ryokan offers simple Japanese rooms with tatami-mat floors, a green-tea maker and an attached Western bathroom. The hotel features public baths.

Guests at Jizokan Matsuya Ryokan stay in rooms with shoji paper screens and traditional futon bedding. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a TV and slippers. Most perfect location you could imagine!!! It is such a beautiful area full of japanese style buildings and the "vibes" are truly amazing! Also lots of great street foods, temple nearby and still close enough to the Station. Staff was super kind and we got a little sweet treat every day which was very tasty. The onsen was great too and our room was also perfect! It was clean, enough room and felt very authentic to us. Would definitely stay here again!

At the ryokan, every unit comes with a tatami. Featuring a private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, units at the ryokan also have free WiFi. At the ryokan, the units include bed linen and towels. We had a beautiful room which had been renovated recently. Gorgeous windows and light, and one of the best showers I’ve ever experienced! Such friendly and helpful people working there.

An Asian breakfast is available at the ryokan. The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. The food was exceptional, the place was so authentic, but like in a quiet without trying kind of way they were not being like that for us they were like that so it was true and that was super appreciated. The place and the people and service outstanding. 2 of us are vegetarians and 2 eat everything and they made us a special menu.

八海 木花館 features mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Oshino, 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland. There is a private entrance at the ryokan for the convenience of those who stay. Every room comes with a balcony with garden views. The location may be a little way off Lake Yamanaka but that means you enjoy the peace and quiet. You can also rent bicycles from the accommodation if you are not driving. Breakfast and dinner are both served in the dining area of your apartment so that is super convenient. It's a mini kaiseki experience at dinner and the menu changes every day. Breakfast is Japanese style. You will get fed very well! Room is comfortable and spacious. You also get to enjoy the private onsen right at your door step.
