The location was great, walking distance to the local cafe and shop, and a short drive to nearby restaurants, wineries, and central Hunter. The was no breakfast . Only five coffee pods were left for 9 people? A very small container of long life milk was left in the fridge .Why bother ? Pathetic.

A very unique, well presented, spacious home. Centrally located for the Smoke in Broke festival. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the fireplace. We did get cold due to the vastness of the architecture but we expected that & were prepared. The experience of the home outweighed the chill.

Breakfast materials were supplied ( eggs, bacon, toast, tea, coffee and milk). Kitchen had great utensils for cooking etc. Privacy was good, friends loved playing table tennis and darts. Close to wineries, cheese shop, olive shop and Bulga tavern.

Our hosts Ken & Karre went above & beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, relaxing & that we had everything we needed. The villa was very spacious & well presented, with plenty of towels for us. The kitchen & BBQ facilities were amazing & the view breathtaking. An abundance of local wildlife came to visit, which was an added bonus.

Cottage was vey well set out with a fully equipped kitchen to cook our breakfast and lunch. Had a little issue getting TV reception however the owner came to the rescue instantly so my husband can watch his footy team

Excellent location. Accommodation is spacious and well provisioned. The kitchen was small, but had everything we needed to cook simple meals. Loved the breakfast items provided, very helpful and thoughtful. Ken was lovely, friendly and helpful. Safe space for our young child to explore outside, he loved watching the cows, kangaroos and birdlife.
