The welcome snack was very special with 3 kinds of cheese, cookie thins and dried apricot. This was the first accommodation I had after more than 10 years of AirBnB-ing where the pantry was full... We were provided with more than just coffee and tea. There were eggs in the fridge, 2l of 2% milk, 1l of chocolate milk and more... all for our consumption. My partner said that it must be the generosity and hospitality of the North. And considering that we booked the place at the last minute, the host returned my call immediately and we were warmly welcomed.

Friendly host, nice place, toasty, clean, within walking distance to most of Yellowknife (airport, the farthest thing you might consider walking to/from, is only ~1h20m away on foot), good value!

Breakfast provided in the kitchen was delicious and various. Breakfast includes bread, milk, juice, fruits, butter, etc B&B was super warm in winter , so we could sleep without any blanket. Spacious room was great and the view from the window was beautiful. Bathroom and room was super clean. You can walk down to the frozen lake just behind B&B at night and can watch Aurora !!! That's the easy and amazing experience. The host in B&B is very friendly and helps everything we need. My daughter walked the host's dog (buddy^^) on the frozen lake.

It was clean, friendly, and spacious. There was tea and coffee to drink warmly, and it was nice to be able to cook simple meals with the kitchen utensils. Above all, I was impressed by the thoughtful hand warmer provided. They also kept my luggage until I went to the airport after check-out.
