Great property close to the old town and 8 minutes walk to intercity bus station. Check in instructions prior to our stay were clear and directions made it super easy to find. Host was very responsive and polite, would definitely recommend.

The apartment is very well equipped, it is very clean and it had everything we needed! The balcony has a great view and it was very nice to use at night. The apartment has a great location, everything was really close by - we walked where possible, or we took one of the buses if needed, as it is close to the bus station. Most of all the host George was more than welcoming, he was absolutely amazing!! He helped us with our stay, he advised us where should we go and how should we travel to every location that we asked for. The stay was an amazing experience, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The apartment has a perfect location, close to shops, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed the big terrace during evenings/nights. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are lots of toiletteries in the bathroom. We've had some problem one of the aircons but the other one could cool down the whole flat so there wasn't an issue for us. We enjoyed our stay here! Thank you Martinos!

This is an awesome apartment. Great facilities, safe, clean, good location and the sunset view from the balcony is the icing on the cake. About 25 minutes walk to the marina but in a thriving area with a 24/7 bakery a minute walk away. About 15 minutes walk to the old town with plenty of restaurants. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would 100% stay again.

the place is a cosy villa in a small villas complex, with a communal pool, just next to the beach. The owner is amazing. Available and kind, and it shows that she loves her guests. the house is very well equiped, and there's a sensation that every guest leaves a little something for the next one after (we left some beer and green tea). Wonderful stay at Abitare Retreat. The apartment spotless and everything felt brand new. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom modern,clean, and beautifully designed. Being on the ground floor was a plus, with a lovely and pretty terrace to enjoy. The kitchen new, well-equipped, and perfect for our stay. The host was nice,helpful, and made everything easy for us. It is a calm, beautiful and cozy spot inside the town with a very well thought out concept. It has very good location within walking distance of the beach (it took me 15 minutes approximately to reach good beaches on the coast). The property is approximately 100 meters away from very good grocery shop with goods from all over the world. The fruits are especially good there. The owner was polite, approachable, always ready to help. The swimming pool is very close to the property, you need just several steps, and you will enjoy swimming in the morning and at the end of the day and it is open till the evening. The house has coffee machine with extremely tasty coffee, there is a bottle of nice wine as a welcome greeting from the owner. The property has its own parking place, so I think it is very suitable for big companies and families. Highly recommended.

Very nice and helpful owner. He described us very accurate everything we need: the apartment location, nearest shops/ restaurants, how the equipment inside works. We had all kitchen facilities we could imagine. The apartment itself is very convenient and spacy. The hostage allowed us to stay longer in the apartment, and we very grateful for it

The apartment and bathroom was very clean on arrival. I received a very warm welcome from the host Nikos. Its a nice little self catering studio apartment. Hot water available 24hrs and great water pressure. Kitchenette has lots of cutlery and pots to cook a meal if you wish to. Also has a clean little fridge. Fresh towels. Great outdoor pool. Fantastic location with walking distance to supermarket and the nearby mall.

Self catering was what we wanted, plenty of kitchen ware to help yourself with cooking :) Location was very quiet, beach, restaurants and shops walking distance, so no particular need of renting car, unless you want to explore the island by yourself. There was an access to swimming pool, but warning not to use it due to some troubles with licence... I think it was outside of the season usual no no. we used it once anyway, colder than the sea lol

It was in a quiet local neighbourhood with large balcony, the kitchenette had everything you needed and the apartment building was quiet. Perfect for long stay or self-catering. We stayed 8 nights but ate out. Bus stop 50 metres away with bus every 20 minutes for 7 minute ride to harbour area, walkable to main town as well. Supermarket 100 metres. The host, Valentinos was unbelievably helpful and polite and arranged a hire car for us, gave us a map and explained places to visit. Highly recommend this establishment to anyone.
