Feli was very attentive and welcoming. Her place is immaculate and situated within easy walking distance to public transport into Valencia. Feli answered all our questions about the local area and advised us about best places to visit. She also explained in details the public transport system and even wrote down specific details. She made sure we had parking for our vehicle as well. We highly recommend Feli's place and if we come back to the area we would be happy to stay there again.

The owner was very helpful and kind. At home was very clean, she took care about every detail. In the kitchen and bathroom was everything what is needed. From the flat is 300m~ to metro. Is very convinience approach to the city center. From the station (Paterna)it takes around 20min. I really recommend the place.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely area - close to Valencia and all the buzz, about a 20 mins drive from the beach. Mariano is a great host - communication was very straight forward and he was very flexible with our check in times, as we came in later in the evening. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, has all the amenities, beds and pillows are comfortable. The wifi is fast and it worked perfectly. There's a big supermarket within a couple minutes walk. There's a free parking included with your stay, but we were able to park on-street, just beside the apartment. The area is safe and we had no issues whatsoever. Would totally recommend - great value for money.

Every single thing about this exceptionally beautiful decorated apartment with every facility you would have at home with regards kitchen & cooking. It was so lovely I kept extending my stay and cancelled my next accommodation. It's aprx 10mins walk to the amazing Bioparc Valencia and 5mins to connecting bus stops to anywhere in Valencia. It was my favourite stay in my many weeks in Valencia and that's out of 5 others all great but none such as much as how i loved this particular place. Definitely recommend & am determined to stay on my next Valencia visit. Many thanks to kind & most helpful staff on site and the same to the host through messages. Perfect service and stay in my opinion.

Responsive owner, quickly responded to messages and requests. The apartment is located in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk to the metro, a bus stop right next to the house. There are also cafes and grocery stores within walking distance. The room was as described and had everything we needed. It was great that we could use the kitchen or sit on the terrace.

The apartment is in the residential area, quiet and safe. A few minutes walk from Santa Rita station, and the Consum supermarket is just a few meters away from the apartment. The room is basic but clean, and the bed is comfy. The bathroom is outside the room, but it's only for the tenant of the room, which is good. The kitchen is well equipped and free to use. Feli is very friendly and briefed me about the apartment upon arrival. She lives in the apartment but respects the privacy and personal space of the tenants.

The place is nice and cosy with brand new bathroom and kitchen. There are places to eat at walking distance and it is very quiet at night. You will be welcomed by Feli who is extremely nice and always ready to help.

The owner was very helpful and kind. At home was very clean, she took care about every detail. In the kitchen and bathroom was everything what is needed. From the flat is 300m~ to metro. Is very convinience approach to the city center. From the station (Paterna)it takes around 20min. I really recommend the place.
