The owner, Christophe, sent us a message via WhatsApp prior to arrival and reminded us of the address as well as instructions on how to contact him upon arrival. Christophe gave a tour of the apartment and amenities. Very nice. Newly renovated. Stayed 2 night but could easily stay a week. Kitchen has all you need and wish we could take the bathroom / shower home with us.

Can only describe the apartment as superb. Clean, very well presented and comfortable and only a short drive to Amiens centre ville. So location wise, it is ideal to visit the city and close to several restaurants. As well, our host was very obliging and helpful, so a big thank you. Obviously very new judging by the fitout. Would recommend without hesitation.

This is a beautiful little room where it’s obvious that the owners wanted to create, with lots of love, a beautiful place to stay. It even has a common sitting room where you can also prepare your breakfast and a kitchen which contains anything you could possibly want including two different coffee makers with the fitting cartridges. Private parking in front of the house. And in walking distance (less than 30 minutes) of the highlights of Amiens.

House and location great for the workation (me) and vacation (family). Park next door was appreciated by the dog. Small supermarket, pharmacy and boulangerie on the corner. Walking distance to the center of town and floating gardens boats. Parking in front of the door. House is a little old so yes some sound when using the stairs. Kitchen has had almost everything.

location was on a small walking distance from the trainstation. a somewhat longer walk from the city centre. it feels like home, there's a lot of space, a cozy sleeping/ living room and a big kitchen with a table.there's also a big terrace. Good communication with the host and there were some nice gifts of food, like fruits etc. There was also some pastry I could use so everything was fine.
