This really was a fantastic studio apartment, booked at the last minute and it turned out to be the perfect solution for our needs. Communication from the owners was excellent, giving us all the important information very promptly. The apartment had been designed and built to a very high specification and was in pristine condition. Located very conveniently for all the local facilities and although there is no onsite parking there is a free public car park just across the road.

Lovely large apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were travelling to Spain so only stayed one night. The apartment is within an older person's housing scheme, which was unusual but may not suit everyone.

This house is the best! Comforable beds, multiple toilettes, well-equipped kitchen, parking on the property, TV in every room and the best hosts! If you are travelling around Cognac, is a great place to set base. Hosts were very wellcoming, replied immediately and waited for us at the property for checkin. I definitely recommend this place!!
