We loved everything! Beautiful cottage in stunning landscape and lovely small garden. Color scheme and decorating above expectations, done with knowhow and love. Absolutely loved it! Very modern clean kitchen, well equipped. Bathroom spacious with a lot of natural.light. Great woodburner , David provided us with extra wood. We had a bit of a wobbly Wifi connection but that will be sorted with fibre in the near future. Owners live on the property but you have complete privacy. Tip: check second door in the cottage for outside deckchairs.

Genuinely could not fault this place! It’s like a little piece of paradise and, despite having lodges either side of our lodge (we were in lodge 2) it felt like you were a million miles away from everything and everyone. Lodge was comfortable, cozy, romantic and immaculate and had every little home comfort you could need. The views were gorgeous and I can’t rate the hot tub high enough. I felt so relaxed from the minute I checked in and that feeling continued until the minute we checked out. Nikki was great at answering my billion questions in the lead up to our stay and was always polite and accommodating. If we could have stayed forever we would have. Highly recommend!

The apartment is simply gorgeous, decorated with impeccable style. The bedroom is big, with a very large bed. The kitchen is full of amenities for a perfect stay. Everything is simply perfect, including the bathroom and cosy living room. Perfect if you come by train, as the stain is less than 5 minutes walking.

Very beautiful and cozy flat. There are all kitchenware, tea, coffee, all toiletries. We were lucky to spend sunny days in a cute private garden, but even for rainy day there are lots of games and books in the flat. Convenient parking slot next to the house.

Everything was very comfortable and the decor was lovely- the bed was amazing and we had everything we needed from the well stocked kitchen! The shower was excellent too, and though we didn't use the bath it looked so cosy and relaxing. Having parking right outside was ideal and the use of the garden was also wonderful. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and the guide we were sent before our stay was thorough.

The living room was comfortable and luxurious. However, we had to phone the owner to obtain instruction to work the tv, which was a bit inconvenient. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked a coffee machine.

We absolutely loved this flat! It is so beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped which we used for cooking during our stay. The host was easy to communicate with & parking located straight outside the door. About a 10 minute walk to Dunkeld which has lots of food options. Would highly recommend & stay again :)
