Shepherd's hut is perfect for couples seeking solitude. Just enough room for your stuff inside the hut, on-site parking, well equipped kitchenette, nicely decorated, comfy beds, clean. There is a barbecue outside. Early in the morning you might be surprised by a deer family grazing in front of the hut. Views from the hut are amazing, especially in sunset. Highly recommend!

It was absolutely gorjus, amazing location for hiking, views were stunning, the host was sooo lovely and thoughtful and nothing was too much bother, had a lovely welcome pack on arrival and the lodge was immaculate and 5 star accommodation ⭐️ couldn’t have wished for better, would highly recommend and will definitely go back 🙏

We immensely loved this cottage and the surroundings. In two words absolutely perfect. Very well equipped with so much eye for detail and more comfortable than my own house. Books, games, great beds, close to the train station, fantastic kitchen. I wish we could have stayed longer as there’s so much to explore in the region.
