This was the second time we stayed here and it was just as great as the first. Very clean and all the finishing touches are so thoughtful. They let us know everything we needed to know in a message and left us dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. Everything you forget is already there. It’s perfect for a big family and the dining table is so huge it’s great for board games which they supply. The beds are comfortable and it’s super helpful they have two bathrooms. It’s very much built for a big family reunion. We hope to do Christmas here every year.

Peter’s apartment was perfect for us - in a great position with lovely views to the sea in a secure building with off street parking. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and comfortably furnished - also with Alexa, smart TV and reliable internet. Peter’s instructions and attention to detail for navigating keys/ locks and the apartment are spot on - and the mince tarts he left for us didn’t last long !

Nice location between places I needed to visit, comfortable and quite classy. I was able to settle in easily, there were cooking facilities in a well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting room with TV and the bed was clean and comfortable. It was located in a village and beautiful at that

It was all fine Good value for the cost. We were walking the Tabular Hills and it's was a good location for that . We were allowed to check in 3/4 of an hour early. We never really used the kitchen except the fridge. The place was on 2 floors which was fine for us. Overall it felt a good place to relax in a home like environment for the evening.

Local to Scarborough,5 to 10 minutes drive away. Quiet location in a cul de sac. House was tidy and clean enough. Kitchen has all the tools etc.Can't grumble about anything really. There is a good children's park just up the road. Really enjoyed the stay. I just feel sorry for the neighbours having to listen to two excited grandkids.
