Ada was Georgian hospitality in person! She was super great in communication from the beginning, easy to reach and offered us food and breakfast as welcoming gifts. Her Eco Oasis directly faces the forrest, which is incredibly beautiful. For us, it was a stop from Tbilisi to Kutaisi before our flight, and it was the perfect location in the middle of the two.

Owner cant speak english The single bed is extremely small as if it is for a child The double bed is also not comfortable The sofa bed is just ok and next to kitchen The heating also very old and sometimes idle making the floor extremely cold The facilities in the kitchen is also not in good condition Overall it has limited space but wide parking space

Borjomi is one of our favourite Georgian towns and Alex's place is perfect to explore it. With all the local knowledge of what to see and where to eat, Alex and his family are invaluable source of information (not only about town but virtually about anywhere in Georgia). The rooms are nice and cosy and we noticed that we had the best sleep there in ages. All the facilities are present, we didn't feel like missing anything.

incredible nice owners, who were super friendly and welcoming! They picked us up from the hospital when we had to go and called us a taxi when we wanted to leave, basically they were trying to help in every situation they could. The room was super cozy, we had a nice kitchen to cook in and a nice garden to sit in. Can only recommend!

Perfect location very close to Central park and bridge of beauty. Very nice host , English speaking and service oriented. They have a parking place at the property. They provide and kitchenette if you want to cook your breakfast or they can prepare for you at a cost. Overall recommended for families.
