There were 3 options for breakfast, that we could select the day before by letting the hosts know. The location is amazing, the view of the mountains is mesmerizing, was very relaxing to sit and drink tea from the terrace. Also is quite close to Telavi and other monuments like the Monastery of Alaverdi or the New and old Shuamta's Monasteries. There is a nice restaurant close to the chalets as well as a traditional winery.

Their amazing food and wine (Zaal’s own), the spacious guest rooms, the terraces and balconies, a flower garden in the back, everything is perfectly arranged to create a welcoming atmosphere. Host Leila was very friendly, helpful and offered lots of advice on where to visit and eat. Leila made her famous pancake for us one breakfast and we really enjoyed it. Spacious room, constant hot water and room heater is warm enough for us in early November. Sights are all within walking distance. Great stay.

We loved a lot staying in the two-bedroom cottage at Matilda Village! It was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a private bath and a comfortable living room. The views of the Caucasus Mountains were stunning, and the location was perfect—close to Al. Chavchavadze house museum and Telavi. surrounded by peaceful vineyards.
