A wonderful hotel in the pine forest of Kokounaris. Paradise. Very very clean room. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. The kitchen only lacks a microwave oven and an espresso coffee machine. It is bad that there is no expresso machine at least a general vending machine in the hotel.

The apartament is modern and immaculate. It has all necessary facilities, a great air conditioning which was important during our stay in hot days. The landlady went far beyond our expectations. She gave us a warm welcome and allowed to keep our luggage before the check-in time. She also let us store it after the check-out, so we could enjoy the rest of the day on the island without carrying our heavy bags. She lent us a hand with ordering a taxi, offered some help in calling them and arranging an appointment at a specific time and place. She also volunteerly sent us a link to a location we should go for the best plane spotting experience. Finally, what is really important for foreigners, she spoke English really well and we could get along without any problem. If I came to the island once again, I would definitely stay in the same apartment and I would recommend it to everyone who comes.

Excellent communication with the host Antonis during our stay. Always responded immediately to any requests made. Rooms are cleaned everyday, Very comfortable beds and spectacular views. Taxi driver recommended by Antonis was also quick to respond and was easily contactable on WhatsApp. We had an evening flight back home and Antonis kindly let us have a late check out to accommodate for this. Massive Thank You to Antonis and our Taxi Driver (sorry didn't get your name) for making our stay enjoyable

The accommodation was fantastic. Reasonable rates too. Shampoo/shower gel, loo roll, soap, mossie repellant plug in and even washing up liquid were there. The cleaning girl came every day to empty bins. Clean towels and bedding changed numerous times. The owner Anna Maria, and host were always around for any information. The beaches were fabulous and dozens of lovely tavernas with very reasonable prices. All though all these are very close, I would honestly say a car would be a bonus to help with the incline to the apartment although only a 5 minute hike up. Well worth it though for the sea views. The bus system is cheap for getting around for only a few euros. We will definitely return

Georgia was a wonderful host. She was very helpful and gave us lots of advice about things to do around Skiathos, which was especially useful because we came at the end of the season. The apartment is in a great location, easy to get to everything around Skiathos town. We also appreciated the frequent room cleans and how Georgia was always available if we needed anything.

Our stay at Kavourakia Guesthouse on the beautiful island of Skiathos from July 26th to July 30th, 2025, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and beauty of this place. The house itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. The terrace, with its panoramic vistas, offered some of the most incredible scenery we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, we found ourselves constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. Words can't quite do justice to the peace and serenity that the location provides — it truly felt like a slice of paradise. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He was not only kind and genuinely welcoming but also incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. From offering local tips to assisting with transportation, his willingness to go the extra mile made us feel at home. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth in a host, and it really enhanced our overall experience. There is absolutely nothing we could fault during our time at Kavoarakia. Every moment was perfect, and we left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and already planning our next visit. If you're looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning views, excellent hospitality, and a place that feels like home, Kavoarakia is the place to be. We highly recommend it!

The accomodation was very spacious, cosy and clean. There is beautiful terrasse with tables and chairs and two sofa where you can relax after the beach. There are enough cupboards to leave your things; the safe case where to lock you documents and money. The kitchen has good equipment, toaster. There is an air conditioner. The towels were changed. The host warn us that the water is not drinkable.

The room was pretty spacious and the garden is fabulous. The kitchenette very well equipped. Cleaning every other day. Close to the main road. Very close to restaurants and supermarket. The owner advices were very helpful and she provided a lot of useful info. I recommend the property, but rent a car or something else to enjoy the beaches nearby. The most of them are quite tricky to reach by step.
