The apartment was perfect—spacious, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host went above and beyond, providing exceptional hospitality and making us feel truly welcome. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, and two lovely balconies—one offering a stunning sea view and the other overlooking a peaceful pine forest. The location is also ideal, with both the beach and a supermarket just a short, easy walk away. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The residence and it's location is just mind blowing. Having breakfast and morning coffee at that large terrace feels like being right above the beautiful Greek sea.the view is really amazing .the house is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The host is polite and always there when you need him .the details given for check in and out were simple and quick. Privacy is also an option there.our children loved the grass at the back yard .I would totally recommend it and I would definitely choose it again. Thumbs up.

The whole villa is exceptional. Its crystal clean and has everything you need for your family stay. We stayed for over a week with a baby and felt very comfortable. We had a wonderful time staying at the house rented from Rebecca and Christos. From the very beginning, we were warmly welcomed. The house was perfectly prepared for our stay: clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The hosts thought of every detail to make us feel at home. We were particularly pleased with their friendliness and willingness to help with any questions. Rebecca and Christos were always available and did everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at these seaside apartment! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, offering breathtaking views of the sea. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were looking for a property which overlooked the sea which faced sunset and this property was perfect for both. Siviri is not a large town and we were close enough to the centre to walk in every evening. The property itself was beautiful, nice double bed, plenty of space to put clothes away and the verandah was perfect. We had breakfast there every day, and watched the sunset every evening. The owners helped us get connected to the internet and were very friendly and helpful, even going as far as texting us through the holiday to see if there was anything we needed or that they could help with as well as leaving a note with suggestions for beaches, restaurants and other places to go to in the Halkidiki area. There is a lovely beach just in front of the apartment and a very short walk along the beach takes you to even quieter areas to sunbathe and relax. The apartment had everything we needed, and in fact even more than we needed. We didn't do our laundry or cook an evening meal for ourselves but had we felt the need, all was there. There was a great TV which we able to put a USB stick into and watch shows we'd brought with us too. There was secure parking and a socket in the garage we were able to charge our hybrid hire car from. At the other end of town is a supermarket which had everything we needed for our stay.

Apartment located exactly in front of the sea. All is very functional (kitchen, bathroom, etc ....). The owner and her husband are very friendly and always ready to help. The location is great, close to all you may need (restaurants, bars, bakery, supermarket, etc ...), but you hear absolutelly no noise from the apartment. We will come back !

The view was absolutely incredible. It was such a relaxing stay. Great bedrooms, with a sea view from the twin room. Coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen. Easy to walk into the Siviri village for dinner

Excellent location, beautiful and confortable apartment. Owner is not present onsite, but is available for anything you may need. Very kind and polite owner from our experience. Big refrigerator, all kitchen necessities, air-condition, mosquito nets on all windows and balcony doors, two balconies, hot water anytime, parking in front of the building, beautiful inner backyard. This was our second time here and we will be back again for sure. Definitely would recommend it!
