The apartment is cosy and tidy, and there is everything that you need. The location is very good, and there is an amazing view of the sea from our balcony. The owner of the apartment is super friendly and so welcoming! There is a conditioner in the apartment that makes fresh air in hot weather. It was absolutely perfect! Apartment is spotless, great terrace, lovely kitchen, everything we needed we got. And the owner was super friendly and bin big help in everything. Position as well couldn’t be better, amazing beaches right in the front, stunning walking area, incredible smell of pine trees. We loved it! The apartment was modern, stylishly furnished, and fully equipped — we felt completely at home. A major plus was the inclusion of both a washing machine and a dishwasher. There were plenty of towels, bath linens, and spare bed sheets available. There was also laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, and plenty of other essential items available in the apartment. The apartment featured a terrace with a sea view as well as a balcony, making it easy to dry laundry. Its location was ideal — just across the road from beautiful beaches with small pebbles and a gentle, gradual entry into the water, perfect for both children and adults. Entry to the apartment was via a keyless code system, so there was no need to carry keys. The friendly and thoughtful owner had clearly considered every detail when furnishing the space.

The Apartment was really clean and had everything that you need. Nice kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine and more… you have your terrace on the top of the apartment with some nice chill area and a gas grill. You also have a small backer and a small store for groceries 1 min away. One big living room with a big TV and a nice bedroom with a safe , TV and a big closet, the bed is nice. The bathroom is also good, it is all clean and you have a rain shower what we really liked.

A new building and absolutely everything is new, the apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay, there is literally everything in the kitchen. Underfloor heating in the space where the tiles are. Parquet in the living rooms . Lots of towels and a change of bed linen. Shutters and mosquito nets on every window. 10 minutes walk to the beach. 2 full bathrooms with shower. Parking for cars.

The apartment was perfectly clean, well equipped, with air con in all the living areas and bedrooms. The kitchen has a great coffee machine and supplied with coffee beans. The apartment is in a good location, there is a supermarket across the road and it's only a three minute walk to the beach. There is a bus stop across the road which gives easy access to Split-Omis (Bus nos 60). Overall a perfect apartment for two adults and 3 children as these are not easy to find.

This apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard - every room was stunning with amazing views of the sea. The kitchen had all the equipment you could need and the appliances were of excellent quality. The hosts were amazing and always there in person or by phone to answer any questions or offer any suggestions for places to visit. The apartment is situated approximately 40m from the sea which has the most amazing blue water and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

location was amazing. 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Stunning garden. Lovely people. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen perfect for self catering and walking distance to good eateries.
