The owners were very friendly and accommodating. They assisted us with parking and bringing our luggage to the apartment. We were given a tour and instructions on the use of facilities. The apartment was fresh and clean as new. The apartment was just as described and had very comfortable beds. The apartment was spacious and two bathrooms made it easy for a family of 5 to get ready quickly and also having access to a washing machine was very helpful. There was even an iron and ironing board along with a clothes horse. The host was so very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to leave our luggage earlier than check in and return from sight seeing later that day and our host was very kind to allow this. Parking was right out front.. For us the stairs up to the apartment were not an issue but it is good to know for those who might need help

It was a full little house, fully equipped and decorated, in a village of similar houses. Everything is green, floreal and colorful, with statues decorating the alleys and a little lake. It seems to enter a fairy tale! The owner also provided all the basics for the kitchen, including a fresh fruits snack during the day, and took time every evening to ask for my visit plans and give me tips about it. Also, since nobody was booking my room after me, he said that I could check out whenever convenient for me. A rare courtesy.

Clean and a really nice apartment — modern, cozy, and close to shops and restaurants. The location is great, and it’s also quite close to Taormina, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. There’s no parking space, though, and the private parking nearby is quite expensive. I read in other reviews that the street could be noisy, which worried me, but during my stay it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, it’s a lovely apartment and I really enjoyed it, but I do think it’s a bit overpriced, especially since it’s no longer peak season.

Communications with the host were excellent. He and the housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and excellent air conditioning. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Washing machine and detergent freely able to use. Complimentary coffee , tea and popcorn! Very reasonably priced bar in the fridge. Amazing sun terrace with great views across the road to the sea. We left late in the afternoon and made good use of the excellent luggage storage area and the shower room and towels.

A lovely comfortable apartment with two balconies, good Wi-Fi and AC, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, an excellent selection of food for breakfast, and lots of extra treats/supplies. The hosts are very friendly and kind. The location is perfect in an area with lots of beach access and a very good selection of well priced restaurants.

Fabrizio is great host he was always willing to help us. The apartment is cozy with all necessary stuff (hair dryer, iron, kitchen equipment). It is located in a quiet neighbourhood but just 5 minutes walk to the beach. You can easily reach Taormina by car or bus as well.

A great apartment close to everything you need for a beach holiday. The free secure parking inside the complex was fantastic so we could come and go with our hire car. We also loved the proximity to the bus stops which take you directly to Taormina for the evening. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and had coffee and breakfast on our terrace each morning.
