This is a second floor unit run by a young family, who occupies the first floor. Hosts were friendly and helpful, and helped us with the luggage. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable and had everything we required. Hot water pressure and internet were very good. Hosts had installed air coolers (not air con) on living room and master bedroom which are acceptable but may not be cool enough for hot summers, but fans are provided. It wasn't a problem for us as weather had turned cold!

The Exeparel is set in Kushiro, 18 km from Kushiro City Zoo, 1.5 km from Kushiro Station, as well as 1.7 km from Kushiro Tourism and International Relations Center.

The house was excellent—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Having two parking spaces at the door was a bonus, and check-in was smooth. Absolutely nothing to fault!

The house was beautifully presented, lots of extra touches. It was also very warm, and had comfortable beds. Lovely indoor wooden bath (we didn't try the outside tub). Just 5 minutes down the road is Otowa Bridge, where you can see the Japanese Cranes at dawn (flying right over you).
