Everything. !!! Absolutely loved it. 😍 True to the pictures on booking.com. (Not often the case). We have been travelling since the 4th of November 2024. And can honestly say this has been the most comfortable, relaxing stay my wife and I have had throughout our travels by far. We were even able to get our washing done in our room. Incredible. Loads of places to eat, McDonald's, pizza 🍕. A big supermarket with ATM, that's always helpful. All in walking distance, too. The host is extremely helpful, too. Always there to help, anytime on WhatsApp. We will definitely want to stay there again before we have to leave for home. (England). 😥. Looking forward to our return.

Alhamdulillah. I had a great experience with the property. Owner was incredibly helpful and the room was super clean and comfortable. The location near to the airport, the building was safe and secure. It’s well equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was the perfect place to stay the night before an early flight.

really love everything about this homestay. The house is new, super nice and comfy. Clean and spacious. Every room is comfortable, and there’s even a sofa you can use as an extra bed. The wifi works great. The area is surrounded by shops and facilities. They even have toys for kids. Definitely gonna come back here again for my holiday. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get in real life.

I had a lovely one-night stay at this beautiful property in Arena 1, Kota Warisan. The house was absolutely stunning — cozy, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. Everything was well-prepared, and all the facilities were complete and in great condition. The bed was super comfortable, the whole place smelled fresh and inviting, and the view from outside was really nice and calming. You can tell that a lot of care and attention has been put into maintaining the space. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. I’d definitely come back again!

Nice decor, friendly host. Plenty of kitchenware, the water cooler was great. We enjoyed the films available and the decor was nice. The view of the surrounding area was good. The check in/out process was straightforward. Not too far from KLIA, about 20 mins via car. There were lots of local shops, services and a local mall within walking distance. We arrived prior to check in and the host allowed us to leave our luggage whilst cleaning took place so we could roam the area and have lunch before returning to the cleaned apartment.

This was one of the best value in my Southern Asia trip. It's newer, closer to the airport, super convenient for food/grocery/etc... by the mall. Host respected privacy, worked around my request. Property was on 12th floor with great view of palm trees & planes. Great ventilation, a lot of space, functional kitchen. These were above expectation so 12/10 which nets against some improvement opportunities to get to 10/10
