We stayed two weeks and we can recommend everyone to stay a few days. There are two houses and all our neighbours, who stayed only one or two nights, regretted it. The beaches in the area are all incredible. Beside the hot water beach you can reach the Hahei Beach and Cathedral Cove easily The rooms are very comfortable with the big glass front to the beautiful garden. It is equipped with everything we needed to cook. We slept like babys. With the curtains the bedroom gets very dark and it is almost completely silent. You can only hear the waves softly.

What a wonderful warm and friendly welcome. After 1 hour putting our clothes to the roons we followed the welcome recommendation an joined their restaurant. There we met the remaining members of this friendly open FAMILY and tried the tasty food in a comfortable surrounding. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We were almost feeling like at home, and amongst friends. Would like to join them again with pleasure.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable bed, a lot of love and detail to the cottage, quiet place and close to the “center” and beach. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. It was a really great time and I would have liked to stay a little bit longer.

The location was perfect, lovely short stroll to the beach. Cleanliness was 100% so much attention to detail with the cleaning. Loved the books and puzzles for our children and the buckets and spades were a godsend as we had forgotten ours! Crispy clean white sheets and towels made for a very comfortable sleep. The decor was fresh and had little decor touches that made it feel very homely whilst in keeping with the kiwi bach beach vibe, would definitely recommend for families and would book here again when we return!

loved the position with a walkway onto the beach. The accomodation had everything, a great kitchen and very comfy bed. Loved that there was a shovel for use on Hot Water beach which was an amazing experience
