Room is lovely, clean and super comfortable. There’s even a small private beach! Conveniently located - two restaurants next door but 10 mins walk away more beach restaurants and a 7-11. the place place for breakfast was at the cafe that is newly opened on site. Coffee and matcha were 10/10. You also get 10% if staying here The host Latte is so wonderful, she goes above and beyond to help us if we have any questions. Everything offered here is a really reasonable rate, they’re not overcharging so it makes life really easy like renting a bike and doing your laundry here. All the staff are lovely. You can tell the hosts puts her heart and soul into this place :)

I liked the villa very much. I loved the aura of the place. Everything is clean and tidy. The cleaning lady is friendly, always ready to help. I want to thank Andrey and Lusi, the owners of the villa, for the help I really needed when I fell badly from the bicycle. Lusi brought her spray for wounds and helped with the first aid. I broke my cell phone. Andrey took me to the center to repair the cell phone. They spent so much time with me to ensure I am well. They are really ready to help with any questions and requests. All my requests were addressed at the shortest time. I loved the location. Everything is nearby. There are a lot of cafes and restaurants at the walking distance. The Pirate Beach is lovely one, cozy, not overcrowded at all. Seatara Cafe at the beach cooks delicious and has nice mucis. Since I did not drive the bike, it was really convenient to walk in the area as everything is available: supermarket, laundry, fruits, clothes shop, massage center Paragon. Zen beach is at 10-15 min walking distance. My 19 days stay went very well despite the road accident. I recommend this place for sure and will be back again.

A good option for those who value peace and privacy. Situated away from the road, yet 2 minutes from the centre of Thongsala with its bars and restaurants. The house is clean and cozy. Everything felt new and perfectly clean, and I felt genuinely taken care of throughout my stay. When I didn’t have a scooter, they kindly offered to bring me food so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything. The next day, the lady at reception went out of her way to help me find the best scooter rental on the island. Exceptional hospitality and a place that truly makes you feel looked after.

Spent a night in this awesome, super-modern house and wow, what a view. Mountains and even the ocean and Koh Samui in the far. It’s a quick 5 minute drive to the buzzing Hing Kong Beach and the village of Srithanu . Communication with Dennis super easy. 100% recommend this spot!
