The room and lodge are exactly as you’d expect from information online. Very luxurious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the game drives and the little touches like “bush babies” (hot water bottles), blankets and snacks. We especially loved the romantic dinner set up for us on two of the nights. The staff are so, so nice and happy to assist. It is paradise in the wild. I would recommend doing your safari here and then picking a luxury hotel to relax in afterward, that’s not necessarily a safari resort. You will be tired after all the game drives!

It was very spacious and well kitted out. The views from the deck were superb and the location is beautiful, so close to the ocean. We loved it.
