The owners went beyond expectations, and I got stuck without petrol, about 20 km outside Calvinia. I phoned the owners at 24::00 and told them I would not make it to the accommodation for the night. Francois did not hesitate to offer me assistance! Thank you very much! The accommodation was comfortable and very clean. Thank you yet again!

have stayed at Tarantula before, quiet area, accommodation is far apart from each other, behind walls and gates, nice to sit on the stoep whilst the fire is going, fully equipped kitchen, table and chairs inside as well as outside on the stoep, separate shower and toilet with small shampoo and lotion available. Television should you wish to watch. Aircon for the hot days and nights. have only stayed 1 night at a time but can easily stay longer should you wish to explore the area.
