We stayed at 28 on Symonds three times over the course of 2 weeks while visiting family in George. This was the perfect place to stay for us as it was centrally located, yet private and very well looked after. The accommodation was smartly put together with many personal touches and a contemporary and modern finishing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. What made this place outstanding was our host, Ken. He was really hands on, personable and friendly. Nothing was too much for him and it really showed that he cared about his place and his guests. One particular highlight was, him personally looking after some laundry for us and returning it to our room and then lighting a wood fire in our lounge to return to after dinner on a particularly cold and wet evening. We absolutely loved 28 on Symonds and have found our home away from home for the next time we visit family in the area.

Great location, easy to travel to anywhere in George and the surrounding areas. Nice area where able to run in the mornings and have evening walks with no concern for safety. Easy to walk to great little coffee shop nearby, Rocket. Apartment is clean, modern and spacious with all amenities needed for our 12 night stay. Beautifully decorated and furnished, set within nice surroundings looking out to nature and having privacy. High speed WiFi enabled us to both work when needed with no issues. TV provided also included things such as Netflix, Amazon Prime amongst others so could unwind in the evenings when wanted. Overall was a lovely stay and would highly recommend to anyone considering. Thank you Melanie for a great stay.

Location was great! Lovely kitchen for self catering. Beautiful garden. Lovely shower and bathroom. Very comfortable bed and lots of space. Very happy with my room and will definitely be back.

The property is situated in a quiet neighborhood of George, conveniently close to amenities. Garden beautiful, convenient braai facilities. Well-equipped kitchen, making self-catering easy. Rooms and bathroom spotlessly clean, lovely, fluffy towels and clean linen.

The location is excellent and it is a self-catering property. Ken, the host is most caring, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. All the furniture was comfortable and in nice taste. The bed and bedding all excellent. Kitchen and bathroom facilities very good and good off-street parking.
