The out side area is perfect, this apparment is lovely to stay in, will use again I forgot to download the entry instructions do not make the same mistake there is no WiFi on the street, lady's in the nail bar helped us out.

Emily & Josh hosts were a pleasure, sincere, awesome, lovely & welcoming couple, so thoughtful, kind & friendly and who went the extra mile to ensure you have everything you need to feel at home. Liked all, as fantastic, well equipped, efficiently organised, spacious, airy, light, comfy, practical, many personal touches beautiful, private home stay experience. The big bedroom with fan, big bed, comfy cotton bedding, blankets, chair, side tables & lamps, big screen tv with free netflix movies, free wifi was enjoyed. Useful Kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, gas plate, backup battery & light to charge devices, various cutlery, knife, scissors, tin/bottle opener, big sink, cleaning/dry materials, complementary chocolate bar & cappuccinos, tea, coffee, pot, pan, plates, bowls, glasses, big mugs. The Bathroom is big, a couple size power shower big head & high water pressure, hot water, suplled soap, hooks & towels, floor mat, basin with plenty shelf storage, toilet & paper, full length miror. The big verandah with table, chairs to relax, enjoy the beautiful, private garden & fresh air, a braai facility. Friendly, lovable small dogs an unexpected bonus. independent, secure remote control gate access with a garage to park the car undercover. Convenient and quiet location close to all local shops, restaurants, attractions in Howick. Suggest an air conitioner as Howick is very hot & humid. We immensely enjoyed the lovely Hosts and highly recommend their amazing independent, private holiday home for a pleasant, refreshing stay.

Lovely cottages amidst beautiful surroundings. Very well equipped. One can see the love for the little details which make the big difference. Nice braai area, wood and rooster were provided as well as ice, coffee, tea, milk, etc. In the morning we enjoyed homebaked muffins. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Definitive a place to visit again.

Wonderful little cottage with a magnificent view. Very private with easy come and go access. Communication from Lisa was brilliant, best I've ever had from a facility like this. Situated in a very peaceful country estate with easy access to the N3. Beautifully appointed kitchen and furniture with a stoep (with a view ) that makes you want sit outside all day.

Old Mushroom Farm is a no nonsense place to stay in the country. It has wonderful views and walks and you can take your dog. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook meals in the unit. We had two bedrooms, a lounge/dining room with open plan kitchen and a patio and braai outside with wonderful views. It is not glamorous but it is serviceable and we were warm and comfortable.

Loved that we stayed in an old mushroom tunnel that was converted. Beautiful finishes in the room. Great location on the property. Big kitchen if self catering is required. Friendly staff and good information packs available. The property is situated on a beautiful farm with green hills and we did a trail run there. There is also a delicious bakery and coffee shop on the property.

self catering, therefore meals not included. neat, very spacious house, enough beds, clean sheets, clean towels, good kitchen utensils friendly host neat yard and back patio, braai facilities provided premises set far back from the road, therefore very quiet & peaceful and seemed to be very safe nice spacious clean garage for vehicle, or could have parked on the driveway , enough parking space.
