We had such a great stay at this amazing guest farm. It is clear that Gudrun & Johann, together with their team of friendly staff members, run Dusk to Dawn with a lot of love. We have nothing but the best to say about the warm welcome we received here and would definitely love to return one day. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the view over the farmland hills is stunning, and the breakfast was easily the most delicious one I had in South Africa! Another thing we enjoyed in particular was the variety of pre-cooked frozen meals available at the farm shop, which made for an excellent dinner option after long days of adventuring and exploring in the Piet Retief area. We stopped at Aloe Inn Guest Farm in our way from St. Lucia to JNB. The place was extremely peaceful and it was a nice surprise to rest in this place along the long road. The hosts were very friendly and gave us precise indications to reach the Farm. Unfortunately, we had to stay only one night, but for sure we will choose again this place when we will be back in South Africa!

The atmosphere was incredible. The farm life was amazing. Margie was an incredible host and her family is just as great. The waterfall shower made our stay! Beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in!
