Extremely clean apartment, each room has its own bathroom. Spacious and comfortable rooms. We booked apartment for 6 person and everyone had privacy, there are max 3 beds per room.

Fresh bakery products can be ordered the evening before and delivered each morning. 10 minutes drive down to a well-stocked supermarket, 10 minutes walk to a superb restaurant. Many activities in the area such as cycling, hiking, boat trips, swimming (included in the rental price was a 'Karnten Card' which gave free admission to lots of activities including the local cable car a saving of more than €30 each time!). Fabulous.

Host of this guesthouse is Sandra, who is really customer oriented, kind and helpful person, thanks for her! The location is excellent, very ideal for hiking, going to different programmes every day (Gerlitzen Alpe, Villach Alpenstrasse, Pyramidenkogel, Nockberge, etc). We had a nice view from the room to the lake and Gerlizten alpen mountains. Worth to buy the Karinthen Card (you can buy at the host), it is really great.

The spacious, traditionally furnished apartments feature a bedroom, a living room with cable TV and a dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Guests can buy ski passes. Everything was perfect, the apartment, the breakfast, the location… And the kids loved it.
