The staff was at our disposal during all the time of of the stay. They were kind enough to keep our luggage after check out time, and accommodate us before leaving for the airport, offering water and cookies.

We were pleasantly surprised that it was a brand-new hotel, the initial apartment we had was with an amazing roof terrace, but we encounter some small issue and the manager had quickly gave us another one that was even more gorgeous than the first one. Free bottle Hungarian liquor was the icing on the cake to this already great stay. All staffs were extremely helpful and friendly, underground and tram station very nearby.
