The entire apartment was spotless, and the cooking pots, pans, and utensils were not only clean but also very modern and high-quality. It was clear that a lot of care was put into the details. The atmosphere was peaceful, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring Bansko. If you need anything, the hosts respond immediately, and there’s even an oven, a rare amenity in many places. The location is also fantastic, close to one of the main streets and my favorite shop, Aldo, which is open 24/7. We were thoroughly impressed with everything and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The location to walk 1km to Pirin St. did not bother us at all since it was very nice to walk. But the design, the cleanliness, the space, everything is great. Our room has a big projector and we stayed in the night feeling like we slept with a cinema in front of us. One of the best hotels i stayed at and will definitely stay only here is i ever go back to Bansko. I'm a hotelier so this is saying a lot as we have 5000 hotels in our company.

The beds were comfortable, and the mountain views made the experience even more special. The spa area was a big highlight — relaxing sauna and pool. What really stood out was the staff: friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They made us feel truly welcome from the first moment. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, excellent service, and fantastic value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bansko in winter.

When we first stumbled upon this apartment it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Rendy is the most thoughtful host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around the area. The apartment is really comfortable. The kitchen contains everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom and balcony are clean and light. SPA is so luxury addition. It was nice to spend a few hours there after hiking.The location was incredible. Rendy had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Thanks Rendy for such a wonderful time ! We will be back. Very pretty brand new and super clean little studio. Very well equipped to have a quick breakfast. Pretty decorations and super clean.

Situated in Bansko in the Blagoevgrad Region, 400 metres from Gondola Lift, Hotel Amira boasts a spa centre and ski storage space. Location is clean and the rooms are big with enough amenities (kitchen, sofas, lots of TV's, etc). Our apartment had 2 balconies that both looked towards the river and the mountain. You could smell the burned wood from around the location and it was very cool (25C) for mid-July. Bathroom was clean although a bit in need of renovation. Food was good and average prices. Good drinks on the menu as well. Breakfast was AMAZING with lots of options (eggs, bacon, cheese, vegetables, fried bread, etc). Staff was perfectly polite and happy to talk to you and help you. For us this is a great location to stop for a night, well worth the money.
