Marcelo was really polite and helpful as always. Parking is easy and Marcelo many times parks the car for us. The restaurant downstairs (Moringa) has amazing and delicious food. We love the Parador.

It was spacious, clean, and ideal for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and our kids (8 and 10 years old) loved sleeping in the loft. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruits, cheese, ham, Brazilian pastries, cheese bread, and made-to-order scrambled eggs. The staff was very cordial and helpful.
