We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

Location is the best! Clean, cozy, spacious. Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. City view from our room in level 23 is the best.

Very respectful, kind and thoughtful humans. They served us a healthy and filling breakfast. The in-house cat, Tabby is such a joy! The hosts are thoughtful to keep him away from the guest rooms incase folks are allergic or prefer not to have a cat around. Overall a 100% satisfaction booking this place. If I'm back in Gabriola I will certainly be back here.

The apartment is lovely exactly as described. The owner had thought of everything in regards to cleaning products. The location is great, it's in the middle of everywhere we had to go. I would recommend this apartment to others to stay in.

We had to book this accommodation late because a previous booking cancelled two days before. They did us a big favour because we certainly ended up in a better location. This is a suite in a private house and the host, Yelen, was very welcoming. We had a car so we could get to anywhere we needed to go. Lots of deer on the footpath each day. We had a beautiful balcony that overlooked Nanaimo. Highly recommend.
