Margot is such a great host. She has thought of everything- eggs, bananas, teas, coffee, mate, ….. excellent restaurant a block away. Will return for a 1 nighter. Can’t say enough about how amazing Margot is.

The location provides a spectacular view of Coyhaique and Cerro Mackay, and the panoramic windows in the room permitted full appreciation of it. It was only a 15 minute drive from the centre of town, and the hotel provided the contact of the charming Don Manuel, whom I used as a reliable and fairly priced taxi service. The staff were incredibly friendly, the decore and layout of the property outstanding, and the breakfast was ample and delicious.

It had absolutely everything a traveler could need including salt, coffee, sugar and oil. It seems they thought of everything. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and quiet with good soundproofing even though we were the lower apartment. The lady and the dog who greeted us were very welcoming, the WiFi was good, there was a safe place to park and there was an AC/heating unit. There is also a great little family run restaurant next door. You really can’t ask for anything more.

Right from the time of arrival, we felt at home and the hospitality was great! The free breakfast was amazing as well, providing coffee, fresh bread, fruits, juice, and Kuchen, and they even cooked eggs to order. All in all, an amazing stay!
