Nice studio, ground floor in a quit street, with all facilities you might need during your stay. Washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack. Close to the lively city center with tons of taberna’s and restaurants. 5 mins walk to the 2,5 km long beach with boulevard and nice terraces with ocean view. Big supermarket at 200m. Owner provided us with a parking pass for free street parking.

APARTAMENTO MENTURA Centro de San Sebastian Parking FREE ligger i centrum af San Sebastián, 5 minutters gang fra Calle Mayor og 500 m fra Victoria Eugenia Antzokia. Her er gratis wi-fi. The apartment is immaculate, very tastefully decorated, an amazing terrace, comfy beds, fully fitted kitchen with everything you need, bathrooms with lovely soaps/shampoo/conditioner, reed diffusers, heated towel rails and fluffy towels with showers that you could stand and soak in all day long. The owner, Aloña left coffee capsules for the Nespresso, milk, fresh cake, coke, water and some beers in the fridge which was such a welcome surprise. Not only that, she was super helpful in booking restaurants, taxis, suggesting places to go - I could not recommend this more highly. The location is in my opinion is exactly where you want to be, convenient for everything. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and slightly worried that leaving this review will mean we will never be able to re-book as it will always be full!

Very clear communication and a very clean and spacious appartement for a short stay in San Sebastian! Parking option is very valuable as parking in San Sebastian is quite a struggle (but do note that parking is only suitable for normal sized cars with 2k width).

We were a family of four (children aged 8 and 6) for sightseeing in San Sebastian & watching the Real Sociedad football match. I am Japanese living in Dubai and have stayed in many luxury hotels and flats, NUEVO is the best quality of them all. The white, clean rooms and stylish furnishings were soothing and wonderfully cosy. *It is like a newly built designer flat in Japan. Everything was perfect, including the kitchen, washing machine, shower with excellent water flow, clean toilets and oil heating facilities. Laundry detergent and shampoo are also provided, so you can head over empty-handed. The location is also excellent for access to the centre of San Sebastian and the old town, and you can walk everywhere. The owner, Misgoretti, is also very helpful, quick to respond, and provides useful information on how to enjoy San Sebastian, depending on the situation. We were particularly impressed by three things. 1, her recommendations for restaurants (breakfast and dinner) in the neighbourhood, all of which were delicious and had a great atmosphere. 2, We had a problem regarding watching the Real Sociedad football match, but thanks to her support, it was resolved and we had a great experience 3, All the services were excellent and we didn't encounter a single problem during our stay. We visited as a family, but I would recommend this place to couples, married couples and singles. I am considering moving to the EU and she has made me fall in love with San Sebastian. I will be back after this summer!
