The host was exceptional, they were available and helpful, they even let us check in earlier because our flight was a bit early The location is 10/10, it’s 2 minutes walking to Plaza Mayor, 6 minutes walking to Sol and honestly you can get to all the relevant places by foot from there The place was clean and it accommodates everything you need from cooking utensils to shampoo and soap There are air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom Check in is the smoothest I have ever seen, you basically don’t need keys as you can open the door directly from your phone I 100% recommend this place for everyone staying in Madrid

I'M Room Suites Nuevos Ministerios - Bernabeu 'Digital Access' har en god beliggenhed i Tetuan-distriktet i Madrid. The location was excellent, very close to Cuatro Caminos, with great restaurants within just "spit range", I would say almost literally. The attention of our host, Gonzalo, was always timely and supportive. The room is new, very clean and comfortable, with AC and fan, TV, and there is a large isle as a kitchen, shared across all rooms including all appliances.

Everything about this place was incredible. Carlos was great, always helpful and very knowledgeable.

Amazing choice. Remote unlock features came in handy as we arrived 2 AM in the morning. Property was impeccably clean and comfy. Shower water pressure perfect. Lækker lejlighed og skøn altan, var dog uheldig med vejret, så dejligt med go sofa og fjernsyn til om aftenen. Ligger tæt på centrum med supermarked meget tæt på plus lækker fiskebutik. Man kan sagtens gå ind til centrum, alternativ er metro også tæt på.

The location, the cleanliness, the appartement and the customer support. They were very responsive and the apartment had everything you might need. Except for soap for the washing machine.
