The property was so charming! We were able to check ourselves in and were delighted to find that we’d been left with some bread, jams, butter, tea and coffee which was such a lovely touch. The cottage was SO very clean, absolutely spotless. It had everything we needed and was easy to get into Salisbury/Ringwood on public transport. We did a beautiful walk into the forest which was nearby! Although by a busy road, it was surprisingly quiet and very peaceful, and we loved falling asleep to the hooting owls! Jeremy our host was very helpful when I asked for directions to the nearest supermarket. A truly delightful stay!

The things that usually get to me where all well thought through: mirrors and bins in every room, knives that are actually sharp enough, coasters and night lights etc. Adam was great with the single request we had, and the location is of course, perfect for walks and enjoying quaint little new forest village shops. Good quality food in the village. We are thinking to book again for next year!
