Our Host was fantastic. The apartment was clean and provided everything we needed. It's location was quiet and an easy walk to restaurants, sight seeing activities. It was very safe and I would highly recommend it.

The Adelphi Aparthotel bevindt zich in het centrum van Stratford-upon-Avon, op 9 minuten lopen van Royal Shakespeare Company en 10 km van Walton Hall, en biedt accommodatie met gratis WiFi en gratis... Een heel net huis met zeer nette kamers die tot in de puntjes zijn verzorgd en alles keurig schoon! Ons appartement nr 7 was op de bovenste verdieping en het is precies zoals op de foto’s. Het contact met gastvrouw Kate is prima verlopen via e-mail en telefoon. Ze is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Ze vraagt of je je persoonlijke e-adres wilt doorsturen, omdat de links in de contactmails op Booking niet werken. Ik ben daar altijd zeer terughoudend mee, maar het bleek volledig legitiem. Je ontvangt van Kate dan dezelfde e-mails, maar met links die wél werken: 1 om te registreren en 1 om je kaart vrij te geven voor de borg. Daarna ontvang je via Booking de hele procedure om binnen te komen en hoe het parkeren in zijn werk gaat. Daarnaast belt Kate of je alles hebt ontvangen en helpt bij vragen. Het oude centrum van de stad ligt op loopafstand. Wanneer je de straat gelijk oversteekt en door het parkje loopt, ga je linksaf en dan ben je al bijna bij het geboortehuis van Shakespeare. Van daaruit loop je verder. Bij het water liggen het nieuwe en oude theater naast elkaar en iets verderop staat er een theater waar nieuwe stukken worden gespeeld. Beiden zijn van The Royal Shakespeare Company. O.a. in Sheep Street zijn heel veel restaurants. Het is wel aan te raden om vooraf te bespreken. Wij hadden het geluk dat er precies een foodfestival was en ook nog eens zonnig weer. Het was er gezellig druk met live muziek en de sfeer was prima. Je kunt met een barge een boottocht maken van ca 40 min. Dat hebben wij gedaan. Het was leuk om eens met zo’n barge te varen, maar het grootste gedeelte van de tijd ben je in de sluis om naar en van het grotere water te komen. Het varen an sich is maar een klein stukje. Je kunt hetzelfde zien als je gewoon wandelt.

The Gallery, Warwick heeft een tuin en een terras, en biedt accommodatie in Warwick met gratis WiFi en uitzicht op de tuin. A clean and homely place to spend a night. The Gallery had everything we needed and more. Extra touched like a bottle of water each in the fridge and some cheeky chocolates were greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly and accommodating host too. We thought this spot was very good value for money.

Chic, immaculate Warwick apartment sleeps 4,2 bathrooms, free private parking, easy walk to Warwick, canal-side pub on doorstep - perfect for relaxing breaks, the races or workcation bevindt zich in... It was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lighting was perfect, kitchen was well appointed with the necessities and the directions were clear regarding check in/ check out. Loved the book with extra details on nearby attractions and restaurants!
