From the land you can see Rabat fort and the mountains around very clear, the location is very calm no car noise, all cafes and stores in 5-6 minutes walk, Rabat square in maybe 8 minutes walk. Oto (the owner) would give me rides to bus station which was very kind, tried to help in every possible way. I was even sad to leave. Big thanks to the family!

The owner is very friendly and supportive. The view, the house, the atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment during the stay. You can find all your needs at the house; just bring your food with you. Also all BBQ tools are available, just bring coal. 2 halal restaurants are there (15 minutes driving to borjomi city) If you need natural honey with reasonable price, you can buy from the owner.

Towels and bed linen are featured in the apartment. The accommodation is non-smoking. we stayed here for 2 nights with 2 adults and 3 children (ages 1, 3 and 5). The apartment is brand new and very nice. It is well equipped and Vitali is an excellent host, he even shared some of his homemade wine with us! The Wi-Fi wasn’t working at the time of our stay but Vitali offered the use of a local SIM card to use as a hotspot. The apartment is located outside of the main town, it is possible to walk but it is a bit far, especially to Central Park. we had a car so it wasn’t an issue. the apartment has a playground right next to it so it was great for the kids. the view is awesome from the balcony. the building is still under construction (as of June 2023) so the elevator wasn’t operational yet and there’s construction noise/debris etc. however it didn’t disrupt us at all. for the price and quality of the apartment, it is one of a kind and we would definitely stay here again.
