Fantastische plek, goede uitvalsbasis en lieve ontvangst door de gastvrouw. Ik logeerde hier met mijn dochter tijdens onze rondreis. Ook dit was weer een plek die we ons met veel plezier zullen herinneren. Het appartement is heel efficiënt ingericht en perfect schoon - en heeft een heel fijne plek om buiten te zitten met een prachtig uitzicht. Het was ook fijn dat we onze was konden doen. Je moet er wel een steile helling voor over hebben - ik was blij dat het niet onze eerste dag was en dat ik al aan ons autootje had kunnen wennen :)

There is an octagonal pool just a step away that also has a great view of the ocean and it makes a great place from which to watch the sun set. The area is quiet and calm. It's not a touristy place and made a great place to just relax and enjoy the views and nature. The beach is a bit of a walk up and down very steep roads. (25% grade?) If you are fit, it's a good workout. There is a restaurant and further a beach bar. The location makes a nice central point from which to explore the west coast of the island. Enough about the property, over my hosts I cannot say enough kind things. They were so warm, caring and welcoming. In my many travels, I rarely meet such wonderful people. Although I do not speak French, we communicated via Google Translate on my phone. That led to some amusement with mis-translations. However we enjoyed a number of conversations. When the power went out one evening, she came along with lights for me. When I needed to see a doctor, she arranged that for me. I felt well cared for - above and beyond, really. I would gladly stay here again if only for the hosts.
